 ADULT CARDIO, FUN AND DRILL
Wednesday Night Adult Drill $20 7:00pm – 8pm                   
                                          
Come on out and relax with us as it is mid-week and the weekend is around the corner. This drill is for those who want to have some fun, get some cardio and also leave having learnt something about tennis. So if you want to learn something new or just want to get your heart rate up or even manage your stress level by hitting a tennis ball then come on lets go. This is a Drill for any level. 

FITENNIS DRILL
     ******Weekdays and Weekend Times to be Announced*******                          $20/session        

This is a new class that will include fitness through the game of tennis. What better way to learn or sharpen your knowledge of the game of tennis while  working on your fitness goals as well. Tennis is known for its fast cardio and fast burning benefits as you use short burst and every part of your body. No tennis experience needed just show up ready to go and have some fun. If you do not have a tennis racquet one will be available to borrow.
